What we have found works best is doing the HE Diet 6 weeks or more: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...l-version.html
Being sure for both you and your husband to take multivitamins that are well balanced and do not have megadoses of nutrients or any herbs in them
Weight lifting exercise 45 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week (do not exercise too much, that sways pink)
Gaining a small amount of weight or if you are already overweight, holding steady where you're at
Having 3 attempts (or 2 at least) in the fertile window, preferably O-1 through O Day (do not have just one attempt on O Day, that has been very pink friendly)
ABOVE ALL ELSE your husband needs to quit smoking or cut back if he smokes a lot.

Question- I have read about NAC for DH on other sites. I saw it mentioned briefly in your content; However, I was a little bit confused. Is this a supplement that you recommend for DH? Why or why not? Thanks for all of your help!

I don't recommend it because it's not necessary and men swaying blue are eating a heathy diet most of the time and they get all the NAC they need from diet. Plus, it's never been truly studied in terms of how it sways; while we assume that things that boost fertility are good for blue, I don't take that as a given since it's never been proven.
Swaying blue is very expensive as it is and so I prefer you guys focus on the stuff I've seen lots of people get boys on and let go of the stuff that may have unknown side effects that could negatively affect the sway.
